Little Hotelier 4+

Edit: Love the look and feel of the new app! It took me a little while to get the hang of the new features but I love that I can shift around reservations with my finger. Payments are really easy to process using LIttle Hotelier Pay, I do this mostly on mobile now. Great to have the widget always sitting on my Home Screen so I know when reservations are coming in.

We switched to little Hotelier specifically for the mobile app. It is so handy to have access tp our front desk and reservations on the phone. It means we can take calls and know about availability wherever we are. We love Little Hotelier.

You can manage your availability, create or edit reservations and room closures, and answer guest queries all from your phone. The app allows you to see all your bookings in our updated calendar. As well as that you can process deposits, and payments and seamlessly switch between your phone and desktop.

As a small hotelier this has everything you need to run your accommodation on the go. I rely on it heavily. From the moment I wake up, I can check the reservation calendar, take payments, check guests arrivals, departures and be alerted of new bookings coming in. It’s easy to use and I can be away from my computer, running errands and be alerted of cancellations, last minute bookings etc. So good.

All the small downsides of the older version of this app have been addressed (such as the payment recording) and the reservation tab gives a very clear snapshot of everything a manager needs to know for the day to day checkin/checkout operations and payments.
