Very Helpful
Find this app very useful as it alerts you immediately to new bookings, messages from guests etc at least 30 minutes or so before they appear by email. Also means you can check details, send messages and make alterations whilst out and about.
App needs a major update
This app needs some major work to compete with Airbnb.
Man, where to start.
Out of date, definitely not user friendly and hard to navigate.
Listing the property online was an absolute nightmare. The amount of times it booted me out or directed me to a different page was absurd.
I’ve replied to all my guests right away but somehow only have a 60% score?
The booking calendar doesn’t refresh properly with Airbnb after I’ve blocked out dates or a booking has been made so that always needs to be double checked so I don’t double book.
The fact that it takes a week to get paid after the guest leaves is beyond me. Anyone on both Airbnb and booking will know exactly where I’m coming from.
A major concern for me is that I can not talk directly with a guest when they book. Sometimes I’ll have guests msg me through the app and ask a question about the property but it only gives me the option to accept or decline their request to stay so because I didn’t answer their question, most of the time they don’t bother booking. It’s absolutely ridiculous. Please tell me how that works in the hosts favour?
These are only a few things that need attention and I’m sure there’s a lot more.
In short, the app is not good enough and needs a major overhaul.
Property Ready but Not Visible – No Help from Customer Service
I’ve listed my property since last week, and I’m honestly frustrated at this point. Everything is fully set up and ready to welcome guests, but suddenly my listing has disappeared from the platform. I’ve double-checked availability and settings on my end, and yet—nothing. My property is nowhere to be found.
To make matters worse, customer service has been completely unresponsive. No updates, no explanation, no guidance. I’ve received zero communication about what the issue might be or how to resolve it. This has been one of the most disappointing experiences I’ve had as a host.
Given how unreliable this has been, I’m seriously considering sticking with Airbnb, where at least I know my listing is visible and support is reachable
