Constantly crashes
I have to Delete the App every time I want to upload something🙄
It just wouldn’t let me log in even though I could do so on my lap top.
I then reload it and log in again.
Apart from that it is all good 😁
IT issues a nightmare
Guys can you please do something about your app? It’s a nightmare to use and often isn’t accessible I have deleted it n am trying to reinstall n it’s nit working so I can’t do my banking !!! it’s the only way I can access my details it’s just not ok in this era that we are having issues with such a poor quality app. I can’t recommend yiur loans n services to my friends because of this and I really believe in your organisation such a pity …
Glitchy and doesn’t let you login
I’ve only been able to successfully login to the app once and this was only after I uninstalled the app and reinstalled it. Everytime I put my password in, it just keeps me on the login page and nothing happens. Seems very glitchy which is a shame because the overall functions and usability of the app is nice and easy.
I will keep going through my web browser to acces my information instead.
