Logitech Control 4+

I’ve had this keyboard about a week. I purchased it instead of the Apple board because it was a nice design and feel, a little cheaper and I had used the previous model on another iPad for some years and found it functionally good even though the case did start to delaminate badly towards the end. This board is an attractive design and seems like the case would last better. There is however a major functional problem. On wake-up from the lock screen the scrolling function of the keypad fails to work. Cleaning the contacts and checking the seating does not help. The only way I’ve found to reactivate scrolling is to shut down and restart the iPad. Very unsatisfactory and I hope is not a prelude to further glitches. Logitech seems entirely silent on the problem. Don’t know if firmware can fix this and other reported faults. This might just be a poorly made dud keyboard which is surprising considering the usual quality and reliability of previous Logitech boards.

I purchased this keyboard for my iPad pro a few months ago, it started acting weird from the first week and it got worse and worse over time so I thought maybe mine is faulty. I contacted Logitech support and tried everything they said and still no luck, so I went and exchanged it for a new one hoping it might be just a faulty mistake. But nope, same problems and new ones too! Easily the worst keyboard for my iPad. Now I have to go back to store and change it for a apple keyboard. I honestly bought it cause apple store itself was promoting it and I had great experience with Logitech products before, I still think they’re a good brand for hips of things but not compatible and functional as an apple product accessory for sure.

Bought this in August 2021 for my iPad Pro 11inch…. Worked fine for a while but now the space bar randomly works SOME of the time….the left right up and down keys don’t work and I keep finding other issues……contacted the help line and after about a week I finally get a response asking me to do all sorts of things…I get it that they would be fault finding but…..they so me to try some sequence of QWE and the globe key to force an update and I gave up holding the keys down after 5 m8nutes with nothing happening….. this is NOT the first Logitech keyboard cover I have had for different iPads but they have all been great with this one exceptional difference……NOT HAPPY…
