It’s great!
Yeah it helped out a ton, it’s helping me fulfill my New Year’s resolution. For those who are just thinking about joining, do it. It has a great course to start you off and has a huge selection of activities if you pay for premium. Even without it though, it still works great! Please install it, it will help you a lot.
Guided meditation
I have used numerous meditation apps. I like this one as it not only guides you through a meditation it also assists in understanding why meditation can help create a sense of calm in mental and physical state. Well done. I recommend this app.
Good but I’m new
I’m new I’ve only used it once but I did different topics I think if I keep using it it could be really helpful to me. I need more stuff on mindful eating and relaxation stuff. Thanks
