Good but...
I do love this service but the thing that stops me from moving from their free service to their paid service is the fact that every now and then really important emails just don't arrive. Essentially they vanish and it's caused me quite a lot of grief in the past so now altho I do still love the service - i feel I can't trust it for serious communications. It's a shame because they'd have another customer for life is they fixed that problem. I'm such a child cos it's their domain name choice that I like 😊 The app works just fine.

[2024 UPDATE]
Now we can add two new bugs-uh, features. It no longer loads the new emails the first time you open it, so you get the joy of sitting there waiting for something that never happens, then have to refresh it again and wait some more, oh and it never has new email notifications anymore.
[2022 review but still current because they don’t update to remove bugs - though admittedly the loading screen issue isn’t as common anymore]
I guess you can say it’s better than nothing. You can use it and it works to a point, but it’s extremely laggy and full of bugs. You have to wait a minute for it to load new emails and until it’s done it scrolls at the pace of a snail. If you’re trying to do ANYTHING in a hurry, forget about it. Tapping on an alert of a email will sometimes load the email, most times you have to exit out of the “loading” screen that never ends and reopen it. And pretty frequently after you open an email you’ve searched for it will close the email on you and removes it from the search results and visible inbox, so you have to log in using a browser just to get the thing you were already looking at. Extremely frustrating.

Slow loading emails in the APP
Happy with the email address and services but not very satisfied with the APP itself. It take ages ages to really refresh and show the new emails. Here is what happens once there is a new email. The APP gives immediate notification. However when opening the APP there will be no new emails at all. You have to leave it on for at least 1 minute and then it 'receives' new emails. I haven't seen any other APP being so annoyingly slow. Then the next annoying thing happens. If you go to inbox it again takes time to load the emails. You need to go to 'Unread' box to check them. Last but not least, you have to wait again before you can mark them read.
