Amazing game :D
This game is super good and perfect for mobile and it’s good to finally have a game that does only want your money, sure using real money can get you the credit currency but if you play the the game often enough then that won’t be a proplem. But what I don’t like is the pools since it blocks the good/more fun cards behind a big wall of grinding and getting a specific card is ANOYING even when you do add the token shop I feel that 1 card every 8 hours can still make it hard for me to get the cards I want. Also adding series or pools 4 and 5 can mean somone who just got 500 collecter things can get a card like galactus while others could take ages. Why would you add Even MORE luck then I already needed. But this is still just a minor issue ;) fantastic game
Lost account worth hundreds and CS is unwilling to help
I have lost an account due to lost email, I have provided all required resources to the marvel snap in game customer service which I have being contacting for a few weeks to no avail, each rely takes 2 days and each response is automated and does not provide the required resolution, after being sick of the appalling service, I saw people were more successful on discord and so I goto discord customer service instead. Once there I provide receipts, screenshots, evidence of payment and ownership of the account but obviously the discord customer service member Benjamin did not read the screenshots and instead asks me to do the exact same thing the ingame CS asked me to. After letting Benjamin know he did not read the screenshots, THEY CONTINUE TO NOT READ AND PROVIDE ANOTHER SOLUTION THAT WAS PROVIDED BEFORE IN THE SCREENSHOTS THAT WAS UNABLE TO PROVIDE A RESOLUTION TO MY ISSUE!!!
I am absolutely appalled by this level of customer service, they don’t care if you are a loyal player and that you have spent hundreds.
Don’t touch this game if you value your time and money. Will provide updates if any solution and how this account recovery goes.

This game is fantastic, but it has lots of bugs. Most of the bugs are resolved through reinstalling the app (it’s been about 5 times for me), which has been a bit concerning but all my data comes back and it hasn’t stopped me from sinking hours and hours into this fun game. Many people online have lost progress because they haven’t logged in with Apple/Google so definitely make sure you do that!!
Updates are coming rapidly enough and it’s still in regional beta so hopefully it’ll improve - however the core gameplay is fantastic and addictive and I look forward to bug fixes soon 😊
