Having so much trouble with this app. I’ve had to delete it and re -enter a number of times as it’s blank when I try to open it. Given up : just logging on via internet .
Unreliable and unworkable
Sorry to do this hear but there is nowhere I can see to get support with app issues. I initially tried to measure my walk but the gps was inaccurate and the KMs were wrong. So I measured it manually and tried to log them manually in my phone but I can’t press the save button to add KMs due to the layout on the phone. (I’m on an iPhoneSE). Tried logging on the website which worked but is really inconvenient. Today, tried to log on phone- same issue- can’t save details of my walk. And now I logged on my computer and can see it there but it is not updating my total KMs there or on the app.
Progress report
The app is good to download and track your progress for The May 50K but it’s not exactly accessibility friendly that much has been a visually impaired/blind user. It’s a little bit on the difficult side. I need to have a person there with me to access it properly for me.
