I got Mecca a couple months ago when I started getting into skincare and makeup (I’m a minor) and this app is very straightforward. I would like it better if you could have more wish lists because I like organising my wish lists in many different ways. I would also like it if you could choose a specific budget when you are shopping. And a button with all of the things in the store. So you can look at everything when you are shopping. What I mean about the budget thing. Say if your budget is under 10$ the filter is under 25. Or say your budget is under 37. And the filter is under 50. Sephora does a specific budget on their app so I would like it if you did it too! Thankyou for reading and mecca. If you are reading this please add these things to the app

I got swept up in the Rhode hype for launch day. My two MECCA and Rhode obsessed daughters and I were up early, before 6 l, to re consider and reload our carts. Once we were happy with our final selections in our cart, we then pressed to proceed to payment. This is where I felt like I was part of the hype…..We waited, reloaded, refreshed and so on. The site was struggling with the traffics. This processed continued until…products were then listed as out of stock, then … back to available to purchase?!. I was likening this experience to that of purchasing the Taylor swift tickets!! Finally, I had made the purchases, but that took up far too much time this busy school morning. It wasn’t the usual ‘seamless’ online process I am used to with Mecca. Understanding you have many incredible launches each year, these bigger launches may need more available Stock to sell online, then once launch day hype has subsided, resume to ‘Normal’Online stock levels. Regardless, I was able to purchase the products my girls had their hearts set on. You have made their day!now we will turn our attention to the post box for delivery day! Thank you MECCA, you are the BEST and continue to inspire with the BEST…. This online experience has not dampened our passion for MECCA, just hoping the feedback can help to improve the future process.

I’m a level 3 and obviously love shopping at Mecca! I’ve convinced my entire family + partners family to shop there! 😂 they have great products, great and lenient return policies (I’ve only needed to return one thing in 3 years) and great customer service of course excusing the few bad experiences here and there but everyone has their off days. The app has made it so much easier to shop and keep track of my level status and beauty loops especially with the new update I can now see how much I need to spend in order to maintain my current level! Easy to browse using this app. Shopping is enjoyable and somehow securing because of the availability of reviews from customers and the details/descriptions of the items are helpful too. I wish it was easier to access the SALE ITEMS. I found it difficult to look for the boxing day sale items using the app, i had to go through the link i received in my email. I wish the sale items would have popped up at the main page or main button like in your face size / colour button
