Keeps telling me to update, can’t use the app

There appears to be a glitch. Every time I open the app it tells me to update, takes me to App Store but there is nothing to update. Click open and it takes me back to the app which tells me to update.
I love this app, use it a lot but this glitch is so frustrating this close to Christmas! Please say you are working on it.

Thanks for reaching out, it looks like you are using an older version of the App. So you can update to the newest version please update your phones IOS as well. You can do this in Settings the General then Software Update. Once your IOS is updated you can update the Target App as well.

New update wrecked the whole app

Since the new update, every time I open the app and press on which category I wish to look at all the options do pop up BUT when I press on any item is says ‘sorry can’t load page’! This is very frustrating! I can’t even open my favorites or basket. I’m sure your losing loads of business due this this glitch. Also when app was working before the update it still had annoying glitches, like you couldn’t skip through photos of the same product in a different colour, it would take you to a whole new page and then you have to start you search all over again because if you go back it just came up with a blank page. I really hope you fix this asap!! I miss not being able to browse, especially coming into Christmas and wanting to purchase presents.

My Delivery address won’t be accepted.

Due to the fact that it won’t accept my address. I’ve tried over and over again but
never works. I’ve never had a problem till about 2 months ago it just keeps saying fix delivery address but it’s ok. Ahhhhh😟as I used to love online shopping with you.
