Cannot reset password
Cannot log in the Done bar is blocking the password criteria on the iPhone and iPad
Cannot reset the password as every combination comes up with bad combination
Can you please update so the Done bar is lower on the screen
Set up ok - Suggestion - Vary On/Off Time
Setting up took two goes, but the second time it set up all smoothly.
One suggestion: add the feature where the time switched On and Off will vary randomly by up to 30 minutes either way.
Currently the light will switch off at exactly the same time, which a thief will notice. But if we could choose a setting where the time switched On and Off will vary by a random number of minutes (up to say 30 minutes), thus will give the illusion that someone is actually home.
Can’t log in
After updating to latest version could not log in or successfully reset password received “invalid token error” on password reset. Had to create new user and reset devices to reregister them. My iPad had old version of app which still worked so was able to terminate old account so I could reinstate it later. Hope the app developers fix this issue.
