Description
The “Mercedes-Benz Guides” app is the digital Owner’s Manual for your smartphone or tablet.
With the app, you can call up or download the online version of the Owner’s Manual for your vehicle so that you can access it even without an internet connection.
Depending on the vehicle model, information relevant to operation, images and animations relating to the vehicle’s equipment are included.
You can use the search function to find the content you are looking for. Bookmarks allow you to mark content. Main functions for vehicle are listed via the quick start. In the tips you will find information/guidance, e.g. help in the event of a breakdown. The animations section provides you with videos on main vehicle functions.
The online Owner’s Manual is the current version. Possible variations to your vehicle may not be taken into account as Mercedes-Benz constantly updates their vehicles and equipment to the state of the art and introduces changes in design and equipment. A guide describes all standard and optional equipment of the vehicle. Note, therefore, that your vehicle may not be fitted with all features described. This is also the case for systems and functions relevant to safety. Country-specific deviations are possible among the various languages.
Under no circumstances does this version of the Owner’s Manual replace the printed Owner’s Manual which was included when the vehicle was delivered.
Please contact your authorized Mercedes-Benz service partner if you would like to obtain a printed Owner’s Manual for particular vehicle models and vehicle model years.

I have to check after any upgrade that I still have my guides.
Not a patch on the printed manual I used to be able to follow. I find each time the guide updates, I lose the guides I had downloaded and where I had searched previously. Unhappy John
Easy to find information
The app does exactly what it says it will do: it allows to easily access your car's manual and search for specific sections. My only complaint is that some of the icons could be higher resolution when embedded in a sentence... Other than that, it just works.
App works fine
App works fine on my iPhone 11 Pro Max. I was able to access my guide and use it to look at a range of items. The only downside is the slow download tike of the guide (49Mb). It took almost 5 minutes despite having a high speed internet connection (averaging 90mbps download).
