This app has kept on crashing despite many reviews mentioning this problem over several months. I would expect this to have received the required level of attention for the brand reputation.

This app would be lucky to work 50% of the time. Pretty annoying when you are close to finalising the finance and they want you to do everything using it.
This is enough to guarantee that I won’t use Mercedes Finance got the next car.
