It’s limited in that you can only store info on one green card Would be great if you could store information on multiple green cards in the app for your family members so you can easily top up the kids green cards and not have to have their green card number in front of you. I know you can do this on the website but again you have to have the card info in from of you. If kids are out and about and funds running low it would be great to get on the app and top up the relevant card or check their balances so they don’t run out of funds. Please consider this

I rely on this app all the time as I’m trying to avoid using the car. The main issue is the data is clearly not real-time but just reflects the scheduled time. I have waited several times for a bus that doesn’t come; when I update the trip planner it tells me the next bus is half an hour away; I start walking and then the (late) original bus passes me. Really stuffs up trip planning.
The only other gripe is very minor - I want my saved trips to default to ‘now’ but seem to have to manually select that each time I try to refresh. And to select ‘now’ requires me to scroll off the current time to make the ‘now’ button active.

This app used to work perfectly until the beginning of this year. Now it constantly spits out incorrect information, ie wrong time, wrong stop, wrong day, or decides on a completely illogical combination of buses. Particularly bad after about 4pm.

It was incredibly useful when it worked, but now that's only occasional.
