This mindfulness app was researched and written by Reuben Lowe, founder of Mindful Creation and co-founder of a charity called ACT on it, also a mindfulness therapist and clinical practitioner specialising in contextual psychology.

Gem of an app!

This is a gem of an app! I work as a Clinical Psychologist and I often recommend this app to my clients. The mindfulness exercises offer a selection of useful practices with options for various lengths. The accompanying information guide really distinguishes this from other mindfulness apps, offering a richness of wisdom combined with an engaging style. The content encapsulates an entire therapeutic approach for dealing with difficult thoughts and emotions. In truth, this opens up a valuable pathway toward effective and conscious living.
