Beautiful meditations ~ Cory is the best!!! :)✨

I have been to many meditation classes through life, all magic☺️, but I have struggled to find an app that hits the mark like this one does! I LOVE the layout of the mindfulness app and the daily meditations recommended for you! Most of all I highly recommend Cory’s 10 day happiness course in the app, I did this when was going through a really painful personal experience, this course helped me see things from a new perspective, I really can’t put into words the impact it had on me ~ I have done the 10 day course again and again - and will keep coming back to this course through testing times, thank you so much Cory!!! 💙

❤️❤️❤️ My Favourite Mindfulness, Meditation & Sleep App

I’ve tried all the top Mindfulness, Meditation & Sleep apps out there.
This one actually helps you create and stick the habit from their personalised, short, evidence based, authentic daily coaching videos. It feels like these world class techies are my friends guiding to living a happier life.
Loads of great courses & mediations to help me learn about the nature of my mind so I don’t create additional stress and anxiety in my life.

The Sleep tab has lots of great content that has helped me calm my racing mind at night like special wind downs to get me ready for sleep, and actual mediations that are designed to put me to sleep.
There’s also a nice selection of nature soundscapes and music that makes me feel Calm

I love their regular challenges that I get to do with their large community, it keeps me motivated and keeps things interesting for me.

Definitely worth the investment to upgrade to a Mindfulness Plus subscription.

Life changing app just get it

I have been meditating for over 30 years and often help others with their own practice .. this is my absolute GO TO app .. just get it ! The short talk with Corey or Melli to start Yr day followed by a 5 minute .. or longer guided meditation can literally change Yr life .. one day at a time .. just like your morning walk or run .. it becomes a beautiful gift and sets your mind up for a great day no matter the circumstances surrounding you give yourself this gift and live a much happier life one day at a time
