Making it easy for the customer
Simple and intuitive navigation and experience. The digital experience matches their branch experience and brand proposition.
Over the last week the App continues to have errors and can not access my accounts. I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times. Now it says error ,check internet or can’t send sms will not accept registration any more. I have spoken to credit union instead of helping with the faults they say it must be my device!
It is not my device everything else has no problems at all, it’s the App! Please fix!!!

Designed with the end user in mind
This is probably the best banking App that I have encountered. It was developed with the user in mind and provides quick access to all the stuff you need while on the run. It doesn't replace the desktop application available through a browser but is certainly the preferred option for use on any mobile device. Full marks to the development team for something which is easy to use, intuitive and ultimately USEFUL!!
