Description
Use the Mobile Cooling app to control your CFX3 cooler from a distance, providing you have a suitable Wi-Fi or Bluetooth connection to connect your phone to your CFX3.
Use the Mobile Cooling app to:
· Control and monitor temperatures remotely (Wi-Fi connection, distance depends on environment)
· Turn your CFX3 off/on, and/or control individual compartments
· Set your battery protection level
· Select temperature unit (°C or °F)
· View which power source your CFX3 is running on – AC or DC
· View the supply voltage level if running on DC power
· See whether your CFX3 lid is open, and receive an alert if left open for more than 3 mins
· Receive alert and warning messages

I want a refund
You have stripped functionality from a product that I purchased in part for said functionality. How is this any different from theft? Either issue a warranty refund or fix the app. To not have the ability to connect and monitor the fridge state whilst out camping and using solar power is a huge drawback. This needs to be fixed asap. The lack of a low battery alarm has cost me two dewalt batteries (at approx $200 each). Apple needs a zero star option as this app is clearly not 1 star worthy.
Do better. And please spare me from an automated ‘we’re sorry for your inconvenience’ reply.

Bad App
Like a lot of other reviews, since the new App update, I can no longer use my phone to switch between zones.
Updates are meant to improve performance by addressing bugs etc. In this case it’s created bugs. These fridges are not cheap, please at least trial your app updates before releasing. Trying to contact the support team is hopeless as there is no support. The only way I can change zones is on the box itself. The app is useless in its present form.

Used to be good… not anymore!
Latest update required re-pairing which only lasted one day, now my fridge is out of range, even when i’m standing next to it. Dislike the two different graphs, they were better combined into one way. You could see the temperature and the power usage on the same screen. also, the scale is all messed up on them… slow to load, ugly.
You got nearly everything wrong with this one!!
Bad update, it appears nobody beta tested it!!!
