Description
Access your digital pre-paid Mastercard instantly, easily and securely.
You will receive a text message from us with details on how to access your Mastercard using Mobile Pay. You can then add your Mastercard to your mobile Wallet.
How To Use:
1. Follow the text prompts to download Mobile Pay, access your Mastercard and choose to save it to your card wallet.
2. Open your card wallet or the Mobile Pay app to access the card.
3. For in-store purchases at participating merchants follow the prompts to use the “Tap and Go” facility.
4. For online purchases, open the Mobile Pay app and tap the card image to find your card number, expiry and CVC to enter at checkout.
5. Open the Mobile Pay app to view transaction history, expiry and card details.

App crashes, can’t use my cards! ZERO SUPPORT
Absolutely zero support. I have contacted them via their email address three times with no response. What a joke.
I have many hundred dollars in gift cards loaded on this app and cannot access them because the app crashes every time I try to open it. Is this going to get fixed and if not, what’s to come of my loaded cards?!
Worked fine… once I worked out the knack!
I can see why there are so many 1 star reviews… but there is a knack!
If you click the link from a vendor offering you a credit, you are prompted to download the app if you don’t have it.
Once downloaded you are sent to a login screen with no way to register. However, if you close the app then RECLICK the link you got to access your voucher/credit it all works seamlessly from there. The money is easy to get in to your Apple Wallet.
App devs and UX designer… this is a really simple fix… get on to it ;)
iOS 15 app crash

A quick uninstall and reinstall fixes the crash issue!
Outside of that. App is great. Easy to add gift cards and move to apple wallet.
