FRAUD, UNRELIABLE, NEVER TRUSTWORTHY
Cons:
Never ever TRUST their advertising campaign. It says deliver in seconds but it takes 48hours in the minimum.
Recently I have transferred 1k AUD for mom’s operation by seeing their ad campaign “transfer in seconds”, But it took 11 days. LOL
They marked as successful transfer in the app but it NEVER got transferred to my indian account. Definitely some shady background behind this app. They say, I quote - “ It is occurred due to the performance issues of the Indian bank. The system of your payee’s bank would not have allowed the money to get settled.”
In such scenarios, the money is bounced back to our side within 10 days. Our team is continuously looking into your case. As soon as we receive the money back, your money will be sent straightaway and we will notify you.”
Never ever indian banks take 10 days to bounce back if the transaction failed else bank need to pay extra 100₹ for an extra day.
I was never compensated by Moneyfirst for the delay transfer.
Pros:
Good rate as compared to all the apps. But again if you add money in the wallet, the rate suddenly drops and on checking why so, the response you going to get it, I quote -
“ Sir our rates change according to demand and supply. It can be more than the market rate or less. Thanks.”
Poor service
Very bad service. Never reply on time. They have same answer for every question. ‘Sir there is technical issue we are working on it. We will update you’. They promise for instant transfer but never happens. It takes 2-3 business and sometime even takes 5 days. Their office number never works and what’sapp number always slow response. They worked well in starting but now it seems dodgy. I won’t trust them again. The only thing was good about them, they give good rate as compare to other services. But if you have to follow up for your own money that’s doesn’t make any sense. So better to I use other app/ source instead of them.
Customer service
Are used this application to transfer money in India I transfer my money into this application when I tried to transfer to my Indian account application don’t allow me to transfer it I was chatting with them for more than 10 days and then after I got replied they are looking for something in the system bugs after that I waited almost 20 days to get my answer.
After one month I was able to log in my account. when I was chatting with them they always say to me they are looking my request and they will get back to me that’s all
