Review of Moodfit by a novice user

I think the app is helpful. Sometimes it’s a bit much to do it every day. I understand the rationale for doing the exercises every day, but on a good day there isn’t always time....
I like the little affirmations that pop up and would like more variety if possible. A new affirmation challenges me in a way that is fresh and prevents boredom.
I’m glad overall that I have this app. It’s always there for me if all else fails.

Great tool

I’ve been using this app over the past week after experiencing another little bout of busy-brained anxious chatter. I was looking for something to keep me in check in terms of my moods and thoughts. This has been so easy to interact with and made me take a moment to consider where I’m at throughout the day. The range of tools available through the app are great. Would highly recommend.

Critical moments

Right at a moment when I was at breaking point(work related and personal). I had no one to talk to and I was completely overwhelmed. I got an alert and it told me to control the things I can control. Straight after it went through a breathing exercise and I was able to drop the things that were burdening me at that moment. Thank you for helping me at that moment.
