Life-changing.

I was told to use this app by my psychologist to track my constantly-changing moods, and I can't thank them enough.

It gives me a private space to vent, to open my heart and soul, and obviously a great place to track my moods as they shift. Yes, there is a fee if you want to make your thoughts and feelings private, but the community on this app are so kind and open-minded that I keep my entries public on purpose. Sometimes a kind word from a random stranger that can relate to how you're feeling is enough to make you believe again.

Honestly, five stars isn't high enough. I can't thank the creators of this app more for the freedom they've given me. It seems like such a tiny thing, but it means the world to me and can to anyone who chooses to download it.

Great App

My doctor suggested I keep a journal - start with a rating for the day and go from there. Not being a diary person, this app fit the bill for me, allowing mood and comments to be captured as I thought of them throughout the day. Loving the simplicity of use. It would be useful to have a download option for private users, and the American date formats (month/day) are a little confusing for my part of the world, otherwise this is a great app and has me logging my mood all day long. Well done..

Such and amazing app

This app is so incredible! The best thing about it is that not only can you vent and not be judged, but you can also help people who are going through similar things. The actual mood-tracking is such a small part when it comes to this app. I can definitely understand how this app could help a lot of people out, and its definitely helped me out so far! I would recommend this app to anyone who is going through a rough time, because it can really help.
