WHAT IS MOST?

MOST gives you an on-demand mix of online tools and real support from real people. Get tips and strategies, a personal therapy program to work through at your own pace, and access to human support. MOST can help you get back on track with the things that matter – like friends, mental health, work and study.

You can access MOST by invite only. Ask about MOST at your participating headspace clinic or specialist youth mental health service to get your unique sign up link. MOST will be available for you before, during, in-between and after face-to-face sessions with your clinician.

Connect with others on MOST’s online community. It’s a welcoming social network of young people who get it, and peer workers who’ve been through it. A space where you can feel safe to react and respond to others, or contribute and post about what’s going on for you.
