App is great! The only thing it’s missing is the 3D view of the treatment plan! 😇
Still broken??
I left a 1 star review months and months ago. There are still so many things wrong with this app. Firstly - can’t connect/sync hyperbyte to my phone. It doesn’t appear in my Bluetooth list (running current iOS…) and therefore can’t log any hyperbyte use. Have tried troubleshooting but it doesn’t work. Also what’s with the check-in photos system?? It’s near impossible to get a good photo on the first go. Should be able to import your own photos from your photos app like the website let you do. The in app camera system is useless. Please fix. This app could be so much better!
Some Annoying Bugs
The apps is good enough but it has some annoying bugs:
1. It randomly changed my aligned switch day from Saturday to Friday.
2. It skipped an aligned switch so the app is 1 step behind schedule.
3. It loses track of the days I’ve used the hyperbyte.
4. It doesn’t let me do my check in until the day after it’s due.
