What’s New
Version 1.5.11
You can now track the status of your support requests directly within the app! Head to the Support Tab to find a new status card that updates automatically based on the progress of your request:
- In Progress: See when we're actively working on your request.
- Closed: Know when your request has been resolved with no open issues.
- Response Sent: Get notified when a response has been emailed to you!

I left a 1 star review a while ago. Some impovements, app runs smoothly and includes more features, but still can’t connect my hyperbyte to the app (have tried all the support troubleshooting), and camera system within the check in of the app uploads blurry photos even with focusing, front/out facing camera and flash on. Please make it so we can upload photos from our camera roll!
Some Annoying Bugs
The apps is good enough but it has some annoying bugs:
1. It randomly changed my aligned switch day from Saturday to Friday.
2. It skipped an aligned switch so the app is 1 step behind schedule.
3. It loses track of the days I’ve used the hyperbyte.
4. It doesn’t let me do my check in until the day after it’s due.
