Love it!
I like it! I love it! It's one of the best lightening apps there is. When I'm playing another app this lightening app will let me know via a pop out window when there is lightening in my area without me having to leave my game or what I am doing in another app, this is so handy and convenient to have. Thank you for a terrific and handy app! I love it. It will be staying on my iPad indefinitely.
Great app, missing one feature though
Super handy app for HSE working on a mine site, ability to track lightning and advise site.
Would be extra handy having another option of ‘only notify if a strike is closer than the previous closest strike’.
In the middle of a lightning storm, dropping radius to 50km still gets dozens of strikes, but the guys can continue working, yet the app consistently advises of new strikes. Having it notify of CLOSER strikes, to monitor if it’s actually getting nearer, would be handy, rather than having to open app and discover the latest alert is actually further away.
Yes, I can change the radius of the notification, but this should be user oriented, not up to me to have to manually change radius after every closer strike.
My opinion on the app
I’m only 13 but this app is very easy to navigate through and use. I really like the design and user friendliness. I like watching the weather and the app has helped me get some spectacular pictures of lightning and storm clouds! I highly recommend this app👍
