Version 1.1.25: three tabs out of five are blank on iPhone
The tabs “Home” and “Specials” work, but the tabs “Offers” and “Order” and “Visit” show a blank screen. It’s pointless to have app-only specials if the app is broken. Please fix.
Horrible app layout
Whoever designed this app should be sacked. The app is very messy and the deals that go for a whole month are lackluster at best. The order ahead section is in a separate webpage and not even on the app solely which is very silly to me considering the competition has a complete in app ordering system and daily offers which usually crush Carls’ offers completely. Redeeming an offer is also a very strange process that you can tell wasn’t very well thought out either. There isn’t much inspiring me to keep this app or to keep visiting Carl’s Jr as the prices are rather high for fast food and the food isn’t great quality like it used to be when they opened.
Good service
Very respectful people there very convenient on serving your own drinks place is quite clean and shops just next door in the last exit absolutely love the burgers best Aussie burger I’ve ever had way better than Maccas very filling
