Myer Connect App 4+

Thank goodness this was free, I wouldn’t spend a cent on it. Why have an app if it takes you to a website page.
Also a bit silly you can only use the website with your phone landscape, need to update the system so it changes to whatever way the customer has it.
Nothing special about this stocking and app. It’s really a shopping list dressed up as something else.

A lot of bad reviews but probably people are not as tech savvy as they may need to be for this one. Anyhow, it’s a novel idea that will hopefully capture your children’s imagination.

One glaring mistake though is that on the 3D globe there is a polar bear on Antarctica. They are only on the North Pole, in fact.

The person who complained that nobody writes back to their children. I think that you can login to the app and see your children’s letters and write back on behalf of Santa. He is way too busy to respond individually to everyone, it’s only days away from Christmas!

It is Christmas Day and all we have from your Santa tracking page for last 24 hours is “There was an error, please try again”. Don’t be a tech company if you don’t have the capability, proper execution and a real passion to deliver. Christmas is a special day for kids and what you have done to my girl is something she will never forget in a bad way.
