Night time setting

Love the app. Would you possibly be able to work on a night time setting where the background goes dark. Using the app in the night is still bright on low brightness. Thank you

Camera randomly removes itself from app and other bugs

This would be a 5-star app if it didn’t have a few very annoying bugs. I have the latest version and all members of my household who use this app experience the same bugs.

Our camera randomly removes itself, necessitating going through the camera addition process again and again. Happens approx every few weeks with no rhyme or reason and without warning. So frustrating when you’re needing to access it when you’re out and it’s suddenly not there. This has been reported by other users in the App Store.

The app also increases the volume despite manually putting it on mute via the volume buttons. Again, super annoying when you’re using the app to check if your little one is asleep in there room via the app.

I have provided feedback to the developer via the app but haven’t received a response.

Connection issues

The app will not connect to my camera so many nights spent unable to use the app and some nights the physical monitor due to “weak signal” even though I can use wifi to access all apps/other devices with internet completely fine. Internet health check is all good, download speeds are great. Telstra has no idea why I can’t trust my connection to the camera.
The physical monitor is currently right next to me - same connection and it’s working fine, I can’t even sign in to the app after following FAQ advice to sign out and sign back in apparently I don’t have an account
I can’t believe I purchased this monitor over a non wifi one

To reset your device, please follow these steps: 1: Go to the settings in the parent unit. 2: Run the factory reset. 3: The parent unit will then directly connect to the camera. 4: Redo the add camera procedure from the App to scan the parent unit QR code.
