Namaste Remittance 4+

I would say be very very careful to choose namaste remittances. I am writing this review because I am the victim. Worst customer care and fraud management. It took 15 days to get my money paid in nepal and the amount is 10k. It would have taken more days if I would not have called them 10 times a day and listened their bullshit excuses. I would like to specially mentioned the so called manager Mr. Shah, please come forward and resolve the customer problem.
This fraud remittances also send less money than you send. They will send 100rupees less than your actual payment even after charging service charge.

I just spoke with one of the lady in reception. The way she spoke to me was mannerless, rude & has no knowledge about customer service or at least how to response the phone call.
She told me we have all the details in google when I told her I just wanted to confirm via call as well then she responded “after reading all the details you are still asking me whether it’s legal or hundi?”Anyone can put any fake details in internet. She should first learn how to speak politely & deal with customer’s queries. Very disappointed.

Has been sending money from them for a while. My beneficiaries haven’t been receiving the actual amount that shows on the website. Sometimes they send 40rs less and sometimes 15rs. Its not the big amount but, if that happened to at least some of the users sending money from them then the amount will be huge.
Try to rectify this issue ASAP.
