Update bug needs fixing ASAP

Recent update has caused a bug where no steriliser across any of the ‘countries’ will work. It does not let you add 2 items to the steriliser. Terrible update issue as it now makes it impossible to advance further. FIX ASAP!Amending my review. Great customer service and fixed issue in a timely manner! Awesome work

It’s a really good game , although to many add pop ups, ads take way to long to watch, and now the game glitches out halfway through playing and I’ve lost all progress during the level i was playing. Levels are getting impossible. The patient wait times go way too fast to even get through the patients that are already being treated. Those levels where you can’t lose patients are ridiculous and shouldn’t even be in the game as it makes it harder and impossible unless you start spending real money to pass it. No game should ever require real money to keep playing as game creators earn enough money just by making the game and releasing it. The upgrade that allows the beds to automatically remake shouldn’t be 2000 gems as they are hard to get without paying for a bundle. This game is getting annoying now to be honest. Please improve this game to make it better for us players who enjoy, otherwise I’m another player you’ve lost

It feels incredibly unbalanced, and between that and the constant “purchase pack” pop-ups that appear on the main menu, the game starts too feel far too pushy about getting you to pay for IAPs. It should be a game first before trying to squeeze every dollar out of its players.
