Plus their frequent well priced sales help their advantage....I can’t resist a sale OR a good discount. But when I was a so called Eip or VIP it didn’t benefit me say if because I had been very ill in hospital, which I frequently am an wasn’t home when things arrived, making the return boxes late, you sent those items , usually SHOES—now, people, if shoes don’t fit they are unwearable,8 still have a very expensive pair from you. I keep them on the mantelpiece and they are a great conversation piece and probably not in a way beneficial to you.

Frustrating customer service

I’ve made a $2000 purchase but decided to return the item unfortunately. Somehow the purchase disappeared from my account order history and I am unable to initiate the usual return process. I’ve contacted customer service, who has been a different agent every single time. They would ask me to do something different with every email, and when I reply the next person would ignore my original question of “why is my order history not showing up” and proceed in their own way without even referring to the message history and prior communication. Now I’m told to return the product, but how can I not be concerned with the refund now there’s no record of purchase under my account. I’m so disappointed and frustrated with the whole thing, it seems my emails aren’t resolving the one question I had from the beginning, what does it take for me to speak to one real person that can communicate like one?!

I been a customer for more then 7 years, I have ordered 3 pack Oribe gift set. And each of them are missing 1 item. When I try to contact the customer service, at the beginning , the ask me to return it, and all I want is get the missing items, later they’re saying that product is not including, it’s an error , and didn’t give me options. So , I have to call, the customer service said they would love to send the items, however is out of stock. They can offer me 10% discount on next purchase. I went to online to check while I’m still talking to the customer service team, it have stock on line. And they have to transfer me to supervisor. But I got hand up on supervisor.
Not sure if that’s the customer service happening to all customers .
