Found and verified an instance where at least one transaction that displays in the app is inconsistent with the online portal (website). My financial advisor has confirmed the same. This amounts to two different “versions of truth”. One would expect a data issue like this to be detected early in testing, well before go-live. This is a sloppy production defect by the developers and release management. Where an app shows inaccurate data it cannot be relied upon for financial planning and taxation.
It performs as well as my investments it manages.

Barely loads. How can a company look at the performance of this app and think it’s a good look for their clients. Absolutely woeful. It picks and chooses what hour of the day and what day of the week it wants to load. Whilst it does tell you the basic details of your super & investments, it’s extremely slow and laggy. Screens take forever to change or load. It would also be handy to have information like the BPay & EFT details in the app for contributions so I don’t have to log in to the website. Which is also horrendously poor from a performance speed. I moved from Netwealth which has an absolutely phenomenal app & website functionality.

The app is forever “undergoing maintenance.” The actual platform holds extremely basic information. You cannot see what your money is invested in and the units. There are plenty of micro investing platforms out there that provide in-depth information about your shares. For a product that was recommended to me by a professional- the app and services in general leave a lot to be desired.

This app is very basic. For something with so little functionality, there is always such long maintenance (with no access) and bug crashes
We’ve fixed an issue that was causing the app to unexpectedly close for some users. This update brings smoother performance and a more reliable experience.
