Free use experience
This was a little disappointing as it was hyped as the best available. It punctuated poorly, putting a full stop whenever I paused, without the sentence being completed. I close my eyes to compose my sort and the free account just stopped without warning. I don’t recall reading that throttling was part of the deal. I then probably lost six minutes of thought. They overhype and under deliver. Maybe a paid plan would perform better and I suppose that’s what they want.
Works great and excellent transcribing
I work for a Telehealth government service and provide clinical advice to ED and ICU. The varying summaries and AI this app produces is nothing less than excellent. It correctly identifies large amounts of medical terminology and gives succinct clear overviews/action items. The real time transcribing is still a work in progress, it’s accurate enough to be quite useful (and is far better than apples voice to text or voice over transcribing) but is based on pronunciation and deciphering sounds rather than expected words. But if you get the AI in the app to transcribe it is much better. A surprisingly excellent app that I thought I’d just use once but use regularly now. Excellent for meetings as well. The AI part is integral.
