Description
This tool is designed to help NSW surveyors working in the field to locate, review and report on survey mark information.
The app is open to the public, however, the target customer base are surveyors and members of the spatial and construction industries.
The NSW Survey Marks App enables users to:
• Search and view the location of survey marks against various NSW base maps and imagery
• View the published SCIMS coordinate values pertaining to a survey mark including metadata such as accuracy and projection parameters
• Retrieve and view a survey mark's Sketch Plan
• Report back to DCS Spatial Services the status of a survey mark (i.e. found intact, not found, damaged, destroyed etc.)

Thank you for all your feedback, we have addressed all the issues around survey marks not being visible. We recommend you update to this latest version. If you have specific issues or feedback, you can use the “Feedback” within the app for our support team.

So much potential. Just doesn't work.
Survey marks load quickly on the first launch of the app only. Have to uninstall and reinstall to get them to load again. Not a good workflow. Hopefully this is fixed soon.

Much better experience in the new version.
The original version wasn’t that good. Although still useful just slow and sometimes unreliable.
The new version seems to run much smoother and has a cleaner interface (need to address the menu bar having a white background with a white logo “top left”).
Well done on the execution on the app huge difference.

Great app in theory - execution not so much...
As a surveyor, this app is brilliant at helping me roughly determine where bdys and scims marks can be found when I’m out in the field with only my phone..if the app works. Can you guys please work on an update for this app to make it sleeker and less buggy?
