Good luck
I managed to get the device to work ONCE on one of my tv’s at home and after that it didn’t work again, basically single use.
Tried troubleshooting it for about 2 hours, contacted customer support and spent another 3 hours following their insane guide which yielded 0 results, essentially a scam product
