limited functionality
The old app was really good, but most of the functionality is gone in this new app.
It basically just acts as a web link to the desktop website.
I have no idea why they would update their entire app and regress so much by choice?
Not great
Octopus group touts itself as the best platform for making money for completing surveys however the app fails to work more than it does work and there’s rarely if ever any actual surveys to do that work at all.
As someone struggling with the cost of living crisis I thought I may as well try this to make some quick cash to help cover the cost of essential. The problem is you can’t make cash without any surveys so if you need cash quick this isn’t going to help you do that.
In my experience it seems octopus group is all talk with nothing backing it up.
Old app was so much better!
The old app was retired which is disappointing as it was much better than this new one. The old one had more access to your account details, the new one doesn’t. The old one let you do surveys in app, the new one exits to the browser which makes the whole app pointless as you can just log into your account via the browser instead.
