Easy to use and cheap brokerage

I have been using this for about a year and it is great. I buy the brokerage upfront and get the discount, which makes it very good value.

I like the dashboard for the most part. Perhaps a little to bloggy you have missed xzy blog articles since you last logged in… but you can x of that.

Funds transfer in within minutes. Easy to buy stocks although I only hold index stocks vas Vgs and Veu.

When combined with share sight app to keep track of tax stuff it is the total free package.

I like it is transparent you buy you own the stocks and without the bs. Several additional features I don’t use so I can’t talk on them.

Crashes, bugs and complex

I installed today on iPhone 11 Pro - latest OS version - you would expect it to work.

I had to restart three or four times to be able to go through registration which either has buttons not working or blank content. Navigation is very buggy during registration.

The app crashed three times too at various user flows.

The UX was not really pleasant as they mix some financial independence tooling with your investment. Some of the tools was really directed towards a way to gather your data (for example if you dont link you mortgage account it consider you own the entire house…) - plenty of little things that dont make the tooling that great to manage your financial independence even though ut feels they had plenty of great ideas and actually it hides the investment what I really want to focus on. It feels like one of these app that started with great UX and got destroyed over the time by business decisions (I just arrive so I cant know but it is how it feels)

Buggy, crashy, UX too complicated, giving data but not getting much… going to look if there is a way to switch back to an only investment view (like most broker basically)

Great app but terrible customer service

Great app but terribly slow customer service. So what is the point of having a great app. I have login issues and couldn't log in to my account You only realize that how slow their customer service is when you encounter any such issue? It has almost been a week now I'm still unable to access my account and still waiting for Pearler to fix up my account login issue and I was unable to trade too all this while. This is the reason people like me are stuck with big 4 banks even though they are expensive in fees but at least their website, app and customer service is better there and almost works all the time. I won't trust Pearler at all from now onwards and I can never make Pealer my only broker account ever.
