Great app and company, customer problems though
Oneflare has been extremely supportive and provide a consistent source of leads, unfortunately the problem is the customers, some are good and understand that what they want can cost, however many expect high level delivery for low end cost. This isn’t the fault of Oneflare but they could set a minimum expected cost for the work, reasonable expectations need to be set
Good concept poor execution
I would have to say that on the surface it looks great but reality it’s no better than airtasker. Oneflare say that they don’t want people picking on price but the system is directed that way. I asked some of the many quotes I sent why I didn’t get it and try all cane down to price and reviews. You can’t get reviews unless you win quotes , you can’t win quotes unless you are cheapest with good reviews.
A person that has no qualification but has an ABN and basic insurance can always undercut and win without any integrity. If someone takes a week to respond you loose your money because of the 3 day policy for refund. I’ve spent $150 and had $0 in return. I always try to call the person, send a text to get a response and they can still take a week or more.
Fix the review policy, I have clients in my business that would leave a good review but don’t need Oneflare to do so. Fix the business qualification process so real businesses can only quote, not sham hobby want to be.
I will be cancelling my subscription.

You can actually request reviews from external customers via your profile page by using the link within the "Invite Customers To Review Your Business" section. As you say, reviews are really important as customers that want to hire a quality business look for reviews and qualifications before checking price. I'd really appreciate if you could contact your account manager or the support team via email@example.com so we can assist you with your account.
I just feel frustrated and ripped off
I think the whole concept of Oneflare is great and when it works it’s worked for me it’s fantastic. The big issues I have is with the inflexibility and lack of good quality support when it comes to unresponsive customers and the different rules they make it virtually impossible to get your money/credit back. Every time I call to get help with such issues I wind up extremely frustrated (more than I have ever been before) with all the different reason why I can’t get a refund - It shouldn’t be that hard. Further, lately I have been paying $49 a month, so I can additional refund options. The sad thing is that there have not been that many good jobs to bid on, so I’m out of pocket as the credits only last a month. If they lasted 3 that would be fairer. I hope someone at Oneflare is listening, failing your customers. Honestly sometimes I have felt like your support people are specifically trained to give people the run around - I just feel ripped off!
