I found it was very easy to post my job on the site and I received quite a few responses. I was able to choose one from these.

Rip off company

I decided to sign up with these guys after wanting to go out on my own in steel fabrication. Kyal was very prompt and helpful and extremely quick to have me pay the 1100 dollar subscription fee. After 2 weeks of leads that were either not worth my time or not related to my industry I decide to call up and put in an application for a refund as per there there policy wich doesn’t have a legal standing anyway. While speaking to Kyal about it and the lack of work that I was chasing I said I want to apply for a refund to wich he immediately replied they don’t do refunds. Even after speaking to him about the lack of service provided and that they were ripping me off 1100 dollars he said that someone would be in contact with me about it but over a month and a half later no contact and still out of pocket 1100 dollars. (not to mention my partner and I have a 9 month old and twins on the way so 1100 dollars is nothing to joke about.) all I want is my money back for services not provided but they straight up refused. Do not waste your money on this rip off service. I will be contacting the ACCC about them and consumer affairs…

Zero Leads, Pushy sales people and no refunds beware

Candice was the sales person who front the start was pushing me to go for the 12 month contract because it was so much more of a discount than the 3 months, but it persisted and signed up for the 3 months and didn’t get a single lead or job for in for 7-8 weeks
At which point I called them to ask if there’s an issue with my profile or a reason why I haven’t seen a single result from my $700 odd dollars and Candice just said everything’s fine just keep waiting for leads. At which point I said I’ve waited 2 months out of my 3 for a single lead and would like to partial refund as I don’t want to keep waiting for nothing for the last 30 days. At which point she said they cannot as I’ve agreed to this contract. Candice only verbally told me over the initial sales pitch that there “plenty of jobs” “plenty of customers” . They are extremely scammy and Candice shouldn’t be able to sleep at night doing this to so many people. Pathetic Australian people scamming Australian small businesses trying to get more work for themselves
