Taking consecutive photos is a nightmare, its not practical. Have to hit back and photo button again. Should be able to take numerous photos to save in files at once. Loads up too slow, were wasting alot of time on the field waiting for the app to think. These are small issues, however could be very big holdbacks on site while working especially with limited time

Thank you for your feedback. We understand that speed is an important requirement and we have been working on improving the perfomance of the app over the past few months. We have just released a new update for our iOS version which improves the performance and sync times significantly. Up to 10 times faster on slower devices.Please ensure you are now running the latest version and you should experience an improvement on the performance.We will look into ways in which we can provide a more streamlined way of capturing multiple photos.

This app is completely unusable. It frequently crashes and throws error messages, making it impossible to complete even basic tasks. On top of that, it requires users to upload a selfie while holding their ID, which is an extremely invasive request, especially for an app that doesn’t function properly in the first place. This raises serious privacy concerns. I do not recommend using this app until it is significantly improved and its data handling practices are made transparent.

So here we are 5 years later and another contract wants us to use this useless excuse for an app. How does this take 5 minutes to load? What is hobg on for it to take so long? Does it still drop photos? Last time I used it, I gave up taking photos in this app, and just uploaded everything, which was quicker, easier, and protected me against losing photos that could not be retrieved/retaken, when the app crashed at the end of the job. One star this time, would prefer to give it none.

It’s a shame that my company makes me use this app every day because it is garbage. Slow, error messages constantly, crashes constantly. Can’t believe people were actually paid money to make this
