This app is GARBAGE
This app basically just hopped out of a time machine from 2011. Extremely slow and takes about 2 minutes to load the main screen, then another 2 minutes to load your schedule for that specific day.
Then, (for some bizarre reason) you have to manually refresh because it doesn’t actually load your upateded schedule when it boots, add another 2 minutes.
I would be so much more productive in a day if I wasn’t always for this absolute rubbish app

We understand that speed is an important requirement and we have been working on improving the perfomance of the app over the past few months.
We have just released a new update for our iOS version which improves the performance and sync times significantly. Up to 10 times faster on slower devices.
Please ensure you are now running the latest version and you should experience an improvement on the performance.
Not compatible with iphone
The developers really need to fix this app for iphone users. Most of the times it’s almost impossible to install IHDs and we end up loosing the job and frustrate the customers

FIX THIS APP
Taking consecutive photos is a nightmare, its not practical. Have to hit back and photo button again. Should be able to take numerous photos to save in files at once.
Loads up too slow, were wasting alot of time on the field waiting for the app to think.
These are small issues, however could be very big holdbacks on site while working especially with limited time
