I’ve been using OverflowEV since the early beta days, and it has been fantastic!I don't have an expensive dedicated smart wallbox installed—I just use my standard Tesla Mobile Connector plugged into the wall. OverflowEV controls the Tesla directly over the cloud, dynamically adjusting the charging rate in real-time based on my excess rooftop solar generation.It completely eliminates solar export waste and turns a simple mobile charger into a smart solar charging station without spending a cent on extra hardware. Huge thanks to the dev for building such a clean, reliable, and cost-saving app!

This app is simple to setup and works perfectly. Enables you to plug in your car and know that after your house is supplied with your solar, any excess is sent to the car. I just can’t believe it’s free. I’d pay for the convenience.
Good interface but too many bugs

This app came out as a good alternative for Charge HQ but seem to have too many bugs. The commands to manage charging doesn’t really work. It works alright to integrate solar charging but unable change to grid charging or manually turn off charging.

Way easier manually charging than using this App… have used Charge HQ and Amber 4 EVs for years without any issues . The Overflow setup is super complicated and the SolarEdge connection dropped out after 1 day
Basic keeps one schedule, one solar day, and Charge Now once a day. Pro adds more schedules, one blackout window, Advanced analytics, Amber Energy tracking, and live share.
