Same issue - a year later
Amazing to read that the exact same issue occurs on Oztix website and app as was reported a year by another user. Says plenty about the interest in customer service at Oztix that in 12 months the issue still isn’t fixed.
Unable to login
I am unable to login even though email and password were correct. App needs to be updated to fix the issue as it would be convenient to see events and tickets on the app.
Can’t log in
Can’t log in, same as all the other comments even though password is correct and works through the web
Just remove the app if you can’t/won’t fix it!
