Repetitive but gives me time out

I’ve been playing for a while level 45. Today the game is crashing like Groundhog Day every time I enter It takes me back in time. No update available. I’ve closed the game, turned off the iPad. Tried support but unable to finish to contact support.

Dull

Just, dull.. the Christmas and New Years events are boring and repetitive and mind numbing hard work if you wish to progress over the holiday season. Outside that it’s horribly slow to progress in this game, unless you are willing to pay, through the nose. Items for sale are exorbitantly priced. Just another money sucking app making the most of the wealthy being prepared to pay ludicrous prices for a few pretty images on a screen with no real life value. I live in hope that one day the well heeled section of the public will stop foolish spending on horribly overpriced apps and games will begin to provide decent value for money.. this one doesn’t, and it’s struggling at the moment to hold my attention with all its mindless holiday button pushing.. and one last thing, why does every app out there feel a need to celebrate Christmas with snow? lots of the real world doesn’t, and a game set on a tropical island that still insists on having snow is just stupid, go the southern nations and our hot sunny Christmas’s, let see an app with the guts to celebrate that instead of the white snow formulae/cliche that isn’t representative of so much of the world.

SO expensive

this game has been one of my favourites for over 6 years but it is SO expensive it’s insane. to not pay real money you need to just log on multiple times a day to collect coins to play an hour a few months later 😂

the quests are super dragged out to the point it’s so boring & need you to do the same thing for multiple for eg pick up tourists so everything ends up taking months. i really loved the original Paradise island so much but this one seems like a cash grab scheme that hasn’t actually thought out that people need to ENJOY the game before they’re willing to pay for things within the game. im also willing to pay for things, that’s no problem & i understand people need to be paid but the level of money this game wants is insane. to play comfortably id have to spend an upwards of $200AUD a week which is completely unrealistic. please think about the people who enjoy your game & chill out! or lower the prices of things and more people would be willing to spend, most things are $50+ that are advertised, it’s ridiculous. please stop being so greedy, you’ve ruined a great game.
