PencilIn works on an automatically renewing monthly subscription which depends on Staff members number, SMS notification numbers, branding and reporting. Subscription will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase. Purchasing a subscription ends the trial. Automatic renewal has the same monthly rate and will be done within 24-hours before end of current subscription period. You can cancel it any time by turning off the auto-renewal setting for this app from your iTunes account. Cancellation must be done at least 24-hours before the payment is due, to avoid being charged for next month.

Perfect Solution
Pencil In was the perfect solution to my scheduling challenges. I have a small service business. I had been booking all appointments via text and phone calls. It got to the point where I was spending as much time booking appointments as I was servicing appointments. Literally 30 minutes after setting up Pencil In and adding a link to my web page I was ready to start accepting appointments. Today all appointments are scheduled through Pencil In saving me significant time and freeing me up to deal with other aspects of my business.
