We founded PepTalkHer with the mission to close the pay gap and empower women to remember they're awesome.
PepTalkHer came from our Founder experiencing first hand the inequality of how male & female employees are treated.
Little girls receive less allowance than little boys and that wage gap grows throughout our lives. Frankly - that sux.
The gender pay gap is perpetuated by society, legislation & unconscious bias. While we can't improve ALL the challenges, we can help you to know YOUR value.

Super useful and user friendly
Unlike many apps I use for a little while then forget, this one is useful and simple enough that it’s become one of the few I return to regularly enough - slowly building useful evidence I can use over months or years. Photo feature is great for visual people like me!
Exactly what the world needs right now
I found this app to be very useful and empowering. I’m so happy it was created as I find this issue so important and women need more help and assistance in this area. There is an app for everything these days, why shouldn’t there also be one to help us close the gender pay gap.
