Nice first iteration but lots of room for improvement
I LOVE petcircle - but the app has a lot of limited functionality. I don’t purchase anything without reading the reviews first - it’s one of my favourite things about the PetCircle website. The app lacks the functionality to read any reviews on any items - you can only see the star rating & how many customers have reviewed the product.
I do love the store credit now being auto applied to your checkout though - saves a heap of time speaking with the lovely customer service team.

Shopping function does not work
I used the website frequently to buy things for my dog. Downloaded the app and added about 8 items (after spending time browsing through the sale items). Three times the cart disappeared and no items were left in my cart once I got to “review cart” just before payment.
After doing this three times and realising the problem was not at my end, I just went back to using web based store.
Annoying and frustrating app, don’t bother downloading it or wasting your time - one hour of my day has now been wasted when I could have just stuck to the website version and been done in 15 minutes.

Disappointed
Was pleased to see pet circle had an app. Unforuntatly it doesn’t have the same filtering capabilities as the website. So when I search for what I want I get too many results. I’m going back to the website. Hopefully they’ll upgrade in the future.
