Got an air fryer for my birthday. Had never seen or used one before so had to start from scratch. Manual came with some basic recipes, which whole family enjoyed. Since getting the app, our entire world has changed and we now enjoy a much better and healthier lifestyle. Thanks.

I love my Philips 7000 series combi Airfryer especially with the updated menu options but I have issues that the Home ID app locks me out when I turn the power off to the Airfryer. I live in an area where I need to leave devices unplugged off when not in use. Unfortunately when I do this I am locked out of the APP. It brings up the Home ID logo on the blue background but it will not enter the app. This is frustrating as I had hoped to be able to use the app even when I am not using the Air Fryer that I can look through recipes etc.

Another issue is that I have not been able to find where I can request for help with this. Links below and others recommended will take me to the developers website only giving me the option to get help for the device but not for the APP. Can you also please show where I can get help when I cannot access the APP. I would very much like to be able to use the app regardless of if my device is plugged in at the time as well as a way to contact the developer about the APP. Thankyou

Using an iPhone 15 pro max, and this app is result slow to start. Would love to use it more to start preset items for my air fryer. But by the time I find it (don’t search your phone for for ‘Philips’ or ‘air fryer’) I may has well have just used the air fryer itself.
Maybe allow some of these keywords, change the app name, and fix the slooow startup time and it would be an amazing app. 😌

To fix your app performance issue, make sure that your app version is up-to-date. Clear the cache of the app in the settings, your phone's operating system version needs to be up-to-date, and always check the speed of your internet provider :)
