I think it’s only fair to plann I update my review, even though the hashtag function has changed I will miss the ease of knowing how each tag rates etc but the rest seems to be restored with promising new features to come. Thank heavens the ease of posting via plann has returned!

It’s been well over 5 weeks since Plann claims Facebook access to the app stuffed up the features and basic user access like hashtags etc. No word from anyone to fill us in and let us know just how long before features are restored. Only bit of advice was to log in via Instagram but that gives you next to nothing. 🤷🏼♀️
I want to give 5 stars but feel I am contradicting myself. This app started off so easy and user friendly. I used the free version for over a year and loved it so much in Jan 2020 decided to pay for the year subscription. Love the stats and times to post etc BUT since investing in the yearly subscription, it is constantly and I mean every day asking me to update to a new version on both phone and iPad. From there it also throws me off the app at least every second day. Please fix whatever is happening as it’s now become not so fun to use ☹️

Good if you are running one account, not good for agencies
I have had issues since October 2019 with communicating with PLANN about resolving billing issues/glitches across my PLANN accounts. I am finding great difficulty getting my issue resolved with each representative I have spoken to.
I have recommended it to many businesses because I do like the app itself however am disappointed with customer service that doesn’t follow through - I always have to follow up.
The app is great for individual accounts but I do not recommend for agencies as it is glitchy & communication is slack. I still need to resolve the issue if someone could please contact me.
Ok app but expect to be emailed a lot after downloading
They emailed me almost 4 days in a row. I’ve received 5 emails from them and have only had the app for a week or two! I use the app to plan my feed, not sure why they feel the need to be emailing me so much for unsolicited advice or to try and get me to subscribe. If I liked the app enough, I will subscribe myself. However the app itself is ok, not as seamless as other apps especially when uploading or replacing things, but at least they offer a free version. It would be good to have an option to choose multiple photos or single ones. Sometimes I just wanna see which pic looks good first but end up selecting 10 images since I can’t turn off multiple select. For those 3 reasons (constant emails, average UI, no option to turn off multiple select), I will be deleting the app and using something else.
