WHO IS POWER MONKEY?
Power Monkey Fitness is a group of elite athletes turned coaches who have spent years providing movement education to clients, ranging from competitive CrossFit athletes to people who simply want to move better. Programs are written by Olympic Gymnastics team member Dave Durante, Three-time National Champion Weightlifter Mike Cerbus, and Director of Power Monkey Programming, Colin Geraghty.

We believe TECHNIQUE MATTERS. Our goal is to provide the same level of elite programming to the general public in a mobile app that promotes good technique and longevity in movements.

-Core 365 Program -

Consistency is key. Sculpt a solid core and master foundational basics spending an average of only 10 minutes a day. Our Core365 program is more than just situps and side bends, we incorporate exercises that not only involve the entire midline; obliques, hip flexors, lower back, glutes, and hamstrings.

-Skill Development Plans-
Build on body awareness and learn proper techniques. Whether it's your first pull-up, muscle-up, or handstand, you'll progress through the movements with strength and virtuosity. Plans are built based on your level!

-Volume Plans-
These plans are for Competitive Athletes looking to improve the volume and intensity of specific movements during workouts and training. Go beyond learning skills to understanding how to control your body in dynamic and complex movements.

-Monkey Method Plans-
Become a well-rounded gymnastic athlete using our signature Monkey Method, our version of GPP (General Physical Preparedness). We've built a solid and results-based gymnastic GPP program for ALL LEVELS - Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced plans are available.

I want to be a fan ,

A systematic programme for anyone

More than anything by, David’s professionalism gained through his own practice allows this to be used by anyone. Literally everyone can find an entry point to get started.
The instruction is crystal clear in language that is quickly understood
The demonstrations in the handstand series means that you are likely to be able to use the programme for years. On the proviso of having ‘a’ handstand (I agree, learn this in a face to face environment, find a support person to get you able to be upside down!), this programme will take you as far as you want.
Once you can be upside down, David's instructions improves technique at the most fundamental level to allow you to understand your own restrictions/ poor movement.... and how to work them out of your style.
It is the focus on the foundation that means a practitioner should jump into this programme as soon as possible- to maximise skill attainment and reduce the amount of time you spend unintentionally working with poor technique.
The demonstrators are amazing - all levels demonstrated. The equipment used is available in any household, or if there is specialist kit needed, this is made clear before you commit to a programme.

Game Changer

The Monkey Method app has been great for me. I have been working on ring muscle up for (literally) years and have been stuck on transition. The mobility and strength components of the program have helped me progress to not only achieve the muscle up but to also help my body feel better in general. Great program and the app is great - very clear and easy to follow
