PreviewSmith is a quiet workshop for the part of shipping that nobody enjoys: the screenshots.
Point it at an Xcode project and it becomes a home for that app's store presence. Your releases appear in the sidebar, each with the screenshots already on App Store Connect, the ones you've imported, and the ones you're still making. Add, replace, upload, delete — the App Store side stays in step, and you never open a browser tab to do it.
START THE RELEASE
Bump the version in Xcode and the release is waiting for you here. If App Store Connect doesn't have it yet, PreviewSmith will create it: how it's released, the date, the copyright, and the languages — offered from the ones your project is already built for. The version and the platform come from the project, so they can't disagree with what you built.
ONE LANGUAGE AT A TIME
A release is written and shot once per language, so PreviewSmith works that way too. Pick a language at the top of a release and everything beneath it belongs to that language alone: the description, keywords, promotional text and What's New, then the screenshots for every device. Write the copy exactly as it will ship, beside the images that ship with it, every field counted against its App Store limit as you type. Edited fields stay marked until you send them, and one you'd rather not send goes back to what App Store Connect last returned.
MIND THE GAPS
A coverage grid shows every device size and every locale you're expected to fill, and quietly marks the ones you haven't. The release checklist goes further and compares the languages your Xcode project is built for against the ones App Store Connect holds — a language you ship with no store copy written, or store copy for a language the app doesn't ship, is named before review finds it. It flags a language whose copy you've edited and not yet sent, too. Build uploaded, metadata written, previews chosen, pricing set: it tracks those as well.
YOUR PREVIEWS, ALL TOGETHER
PreviewSmith renders the SwiftUI previews already in your project and lays them out as a gallery you can search, inspect and export as PNGs. It will even tell you when a preview is already a legal App Store size. If you write previews, you have most of your screenshots already — you just haven't seen them side by side yet.
MAKE SOMETHING WORTH LOOKING AT
Drop any preview into a real device bezel — iPhone, iPad Pro, MacBook Pro, iMac, in the colour of your choosing — then add a title, a subtitle, a background, and the typography you want. The canvas is live and honest: what you arrange is rendered at the exact store pixel size, so nothing is resampled and nothing surprises you. Try the loud background. You can always try another.
STAYS ON YOUR MAC
Your credentials live in the keychain, optionally behind Touch ID. Your images and your copy stay in your project document. Nothing is sent anywhere except App Store Connect, by you, when you say so.
FREE AND SUBSCRIPTION
PreviewSmith is free to use with your most recent release on each platform. A subscription opens up every release, across every platform, for as long as you keep shipping. TBD per month or TBD per year, auto-renewing until you cancel.

• Create a release — bump the version in Xcode and PreviewSmith offers to create it in App Store Connect: how it's released, a date if it's scheduled, the copyright, and the languages to create it in, taken from the ones your project is built for. The version and platform come from the project, so they can't disagree with what you built.
• Edit your App Store copy — the name, subtitle, promotional text, description, keywords, What's New and URLs are now editable, one language at a time, with a live count against each App Store Connect limit. Edited fields stay marked until you sync, a sync sends them, and anything you'd rather not send goes back to what App Store Connect last returned.
Both are available while App Store Connect still accepts changes to a version: before you submit it, or after a rejection.
